Axalp 2003 - the last AMIR

Once up there, you will be dished up a spectacular portion of precision shooting by all types of fighters in the inventory of the Swiss Air Force. One of the reason this event became so spectacular is the performance of the Mirage III RS. At the beginning, two aircraft will make a low level pass straight over the crowd. In 2003 the Mirage III RS of FlSt 10 - named after their traditional callsigns "AMIR" - were the stars of the show as they will cease to fly by the end of this year.

The firepowerdemonstration on the Axalp will never be the same without the AMIRs
